How to Vote

Who can vote

OVP Holders: To exercise the right to vote, one must hold a minimum balance of 1 OVP.

Procedure

  1. Go to the Proposal part of the Ola Propose and Vote Hub.

  2. Connect your Ethereum wallet, and switch to "Sepolia Network".

  3. Click the proposal that you want to vote on. You can only vote during the open voting period.

  4. Read about the proposal.

  5. Cast your vote.

Voting power

During Ola’s Community Governance Phase 1, we provide 2 ways of voting.

  1. Equal Vote: Each address has one vote, regardless of OVP amount.

  2. Weighted Vote: Votes are proportionate to the number of OVPs held.
